Wild Irish Sweet Kelp

Sweet Kelp is an assortment of closely related species, primarily “Sugar Kelp” Latissima Sacchirina, which contains very high Iodine levels, and more recently “Furbellows” or Bulbous Laminaria, which is an annual kelp which has a significantly lower Iodine content.
